“OM SAI RAM”: Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur Darshan
ITINERARY:
Day 01: Arrival in Pune/Mumbai | Drive to Shirdi
Meet our Chauffer upon arrival in Pune/Mumbai and drive to Shirdi. Check-in at the hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Shirdi.
Day 02: Visiting Sai Baba Temple
As the legend says, Long time ago, at the beginning of eighteenth century Shirdi Sai baba took shelter in a mosque, in Shirdi Village of Maharshtra State, In India. Nobody knew from where this stranger had come who hardly spoke a word and stayed there. Gradually his simple language of expression and his special power of solving the problems of poor needy soon made him known as Shri Sai Baba. Sai baba strongly believed in uniformity of religion and he never distinguished anyone on the basis of caste, creed or religion. His body was laid in the Samadhi Mandir called “Booty”, which he had asked his disciple to built before his death.
You can visit Sai Baba Temple and do morning Aarti. After Darshan, return to hotel for breakfast. You may re-visit temple to attend evening aarti. Overnight stay in Shirdi.
Day 03: Visit to Shani Shingnapur | Drive back
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Shani Shingnapur Temple – Popular temple dedicated to Lord Shani (Saturn God). Shani Shingnapur is the only village in the world where there are no doors or locks, the symbolism being Lord Shani is so powerful that no one can steal anything and leave the village.
You can continue your journey towards your airport after the darshan to board flight back home. End of Services.
